Molja - old lighthouse with modern design

Need to see in Aalsund
For more than 150 years, the Molja Lighthouse  has shown the way for boats entering Ålesund harbor. The Norwegian architect company Snøhetta, which designed Oslo’s Opera House and the National September Eleven Memorial Museum in New York City, has been responsible for the new interior, with a bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor.

I want to feel the fresh air of Ålesund and listen to the boats outside Molja. If I am really lucky there´s a fisherman selling fresh shrimp from his boat at the jetty. Maybe we will visit Molja already this summer. What about you?
